We are looking for a Senior Artist – Artistic Director to join us. You will be reporting directly to our CCO and you will help us to define the visuals of our creation

Responsibilities

  • Concept and define the visual style for the different artistic elements of the game.
  • Work with the artistic team to create high quality art assets respecting the game vision.
  • Oversee the technical requirements for the art asset pipeline

Requirements

  • 5+ years in the video game industry
  • Deep knowledge of 3dSmax and Photoshop
  • Ability to do 2d and 3d art
  • Knowledge in environment and characters creation
  • Knowledge in animation

TECHNICAL ARTIST

We are looking for a Technical Artist to join us. You will be reporting directly to our CCO and you will help us to define the visuals of our creation.

Responsibilities

  • Implement art creation pipelines and work with project leads daily to improve production pipeline.
  • Work with the artistic team to create high quality art assets respecting the game vision.
  • Oversee the technical requirements for the art asset pipeline.
  • Develop and implement new ideas/technologies/solutions, seeing them to completion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in the video game industry
  • Deep knowledge of 3dSmax and Photoshop.
  • Unity knowledge is a huge advantage
  • Ability to to familiarize with programs, technical concepts, ideas and problems very quickly.

Design

GAME DESIGNER / SENIOR GAME DESIGNER

We are looking for a Game Designer to join us. You will be reporting directly to our CCO and you will help us to create engaging and immersive games.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise to develop cutting-edge gameplay and game systems
  • Create and update design documents for production: GDD, RLD, FB
  • Model complex game systems based on high-level game concepts
  • Design, implement, tune, and balance game systems, combat, economies, and progression
  • Oversee the game development from Conception to live support

Requirements

  • 3-5+ experience in the video game industry
  • Proficiency in Excel, capacity to understand mathematical modeling in game design
  • Strong knowledge of game balancing, pacing and monetization strategies
  • Proven capacity to adapt to different game genre on different platforms
  • Experience in Level design is a plus
  • Experience with IOS, Tablets, Android platforms is a plus

Marketing

COMMUNITY MANAGER

Open-minded and proactive, the Social Media Specialist will be responsible for ensuring active and engaged communities around a defined topic or topics by managing long-lead editorial calendars, monitoring online conversations and participating in those conversations to build brand visibility. The goal is to establish a presence as well as to integrate the studio’s messaging into the community in a compelling and valuable way for the members. In this role, you will work directly with our Chief Marketing Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with creation, conception, and presentation of social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Interpret the direction of strategy/planning and creative leads.
  • Communicate and coordinate client service, production and strategy/planning teams ensuring that community strategy supports overall brand goals and objectives.
  • Use social listening and monitoring tools to generate insights. Summarize insights and conversations to create actionable, reports that lead to optimization and sales development.
  • Create and maintain Content Calendars, including writing social media updates/posts, community events, etc.
  • Post relevant content in accordance with Content and Production Calendar
  • Review user generated comments and posts in a quick and timely manner
  • Respond to comments, when appropriate, in order to foster a positive community and add value to the user’s experience.
  • Enforce the Social Media Guidelines as defined by the brand.
  • Escalate User Generated Content, where appropriate, to internal stakeholders.
  • Participate constructively in inter-department communications

Requirements

  • Actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, social bookmarking, commenting, etc.
  • Understanding of popular social platforms (design, functionality, users): Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, Forums management, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce community management guidelines and documents that reflects the holistic understanding and implementation of the role of social media and its effects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Proficiency in social listening and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.

GAME PROGRAMMER

We are looking for a Programmer with a strong background in game development who will be creating cutting edge AAA games on many platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of game features 
  • Help creating technical designs for features
  • Contribute to keep Continous Integration and Design Tools up to date
  • Work with Artists and Designers close together on common goals
  • Guide Junior Programmers and spread Knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ experience in the video game industry
  • Strong C# knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Agile development and usage of agile tools
  • Worked with Unity3D or similar engines before.

  • Provide code quality feedback and mentor other programmers
  • Identify risks and solve potential issues
  • Work with Artists and Designers close together on common goals
  • Give feedback to the develpment team and provide technical knowledge
  • Estimate work and help plan sprints and milestones

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ experience in the video game industry
  • Strong C++ & C# knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Agile development and usage of agile tools
  • Knowledge of major IDEs and Version Controlling tools
  • Worked with any of Unity3D, Unreal Engine, CryEngine or similar before.
